A Zesty Pantry Staple
This spread brings a bold, savory kick to your table with the distinct heat of horseradish balanced by earthy parsley and garlic. By mixing a simple blend of dried herbs and spices, you can transform plain cream cheese into a flavorful appetizer that stands out on any grazing board. It serves as an excellent way to keep a supply of seasoning on hand that can be whipped up at a moment’s notice.
While it works well with vegetables or pretzels, the creamy texture and sharp flavor demand a crisp base. We highly recommend pairing it with our Sesame Yeast Cracker Bread. The nutty crunch of the crackers complements the zesty horseradish perfectly for a satisfying snack.
