A Bright & Zesty Spread

Brighten up your meals with this zesty compound butter. The refreshing combination of dried dill, fresh parsley, and lemon verbena creates a lively flavor profile that pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry, or roasted vegetables. It is an easy way to add a gourmet touch to everyday cooking without requiring hours of preparation. The addition of dried mustard and black pepper provides a subtle warmth that grounds the bright citrus notes.

While this butter shines on savory dinner dishes, the citrus elements offer a wonderful contrast to heavier baked goods. We highly recommend slathering a generous amount onto a warm slice of our Steamed Brown Bread. The lemon and dill cut through the rich molasses flavor of the bread, creating a unique and satisfying pairing that transforms a simple side into a memorable treat.
